Last night, I made the most amazing banana bread I have ever tasted.
It's incredibly moist, flavorful, and not to mention healthy and dairy-free :) Even Jon liked it, and normally, if something I bake is missing butter and white flour, he hates it. This time, I'll have to hide the rest of the loaf so I can at least have one more piece.

To put the healthyness in to perspective, a slice of banana bread from Starbucks (which tastes almost EXACTLY the same) is 390 calories!
(And Ciara, if you're interested, each slice is 4 points)
