Jon and I are heading down to Portland this weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving and his birthday with my family. We'll be feasting, getting the Christmas tree, drinking plenty of coffee, watching movies, and generally enjoying our time with my FOO (family of origin.)
And the best part is, I'm only working a half day today, so our trip to Portland will commence in approximately 1.5 hours. Boo yah!

Pumpkin Spice
On Monday, the 1st of September, I pranced into Starbucks and ordered a pumpkin spice latte in order to celebrate the beginning of the fall season. I almost cried when the barista informed me that pumpkin spice would not be starting until September 3rd. So, for the last 48 hours I've had my heart set on a pumpkin spice latte.
As we speak, I am enjoying my first of the season. Satisfaction.
