I feel like I need to post on here just so my most recent post isn't so depressing.

I'd write about my great grandfather, but I honestly don't know what to say. Everyone said their proper goodbyes. His death is obviously hard, but he also lived an incredibly full life. His 70th wedding anniversary was this weekend. Can you imagine being married for 70 years? He was born during WWI, lived through the roaring 20's, the great depression, WWII, the swinging 60's, Vietnam, and the beginning of the 21st century. I'm grateful he was in my life for the last 22 years, but where my life is really just beginning, he had already fulfilled his. So, while it may be hard that he passed away, it's not sad.
