We close on June 23rd.

It's in Mill Creek, so about 20 miles north of Seattle. It's exactly what we wanted for a price we can afford, in a safe neighborhood, in blissful suburbia. (Can you tell we're tired of the city?)

The house itself is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1841 square feet, 2 car garage, and a little tiny backyard. We'll finally be able to get a cat and possible a dog, and we can actually have friends over! And they can park in our DRIVEWAY!
