Krysta tagged me - so here’s my meme.

1. Make a list of things you can see without getting up : Camelbak, paper towel with apple core, Barnes and Noble gift card, thermometer, a vase full of spare change.
   
2. What were you like when you were five? : I was a princess. I had to be in the spotlight, constantly. I loved dancing, and I always wore my leotard around and performed for anyone who would give me the time of day.
   
3. What are you wearing now? : Mint green pajama pants, grey striped t-shirt, lime green zip-up sweater, brown headband. Very well coordinated :)
   
4. What story/book/novel have you read over and over again in your life? : Oh goodness. I love reading and I love re-reading, so this is a tough one. Here's a list of all the books I can remember reading at least 3 times: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, The Luckiest Girl, Walk Two Moons, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Boys Start the War & The Girls Get Even, Remember Me... those are all the ones I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure there are more. I love reading!
   
5. What’s the last thing you read/are currently reading? : I'm currently reading Atonement but before that I read the Twilight series. I'm also reading What to Expect When You're Expecting for Ciara :)
   
6. Do you nap a lot? : Not at all, however, I did take a nap today because I've been feeling sick.
   
7. Who was the last person you hugged? : My husband :)
   
8. What’s your current fandom/obsession/addiction? : Twilight, How I Met Your Mother, 30 Rock, and The Office.
   
9. What was the last thing you ate today? : An apple.
   
10. What was the last thing you said aloud? : "It's Krysta's blog. They are pictures her kids drew. No, she's a teacher." - in response to Jon asking what I was looking at online :)
    
11. What websites do you always visit when you go online? : Perez Hilton, Go Fug Yourself, Dooce, Ciara's blog, and Sparkpeople.
12. What was the last thing you bought? : Subway, yum!
    
13. What are you listening to right now? : Nothing, it is perfectly silent in my house. Jon just left for work.
    
14. What movie are (or were!) you most excited to show your kids? : Well... it's depends on their gender and age. For example, if I have a 11 year old daughter, I'll be excited to show her The Babysitters Club. Obviously I'll show my kids all the Harry Potter movies, but only when they're old enough. I'll also be excited to show them Christmas Vacation and Elf during the holidays. Plus there are so many musicals and animated films I'll want them to see. It's just so hard to name them all!
    
15. If you could have any super power, what would it be? : I would be self-cleaning. As in, I'd never have to take a shower or do my hair or make-up, I'd always just done up and ready.
16. What is your favorite weather, and why? : Early fall when it's still WARM but the leaves are turning and it smells fresh outside.
17. What time do you usually get up? : 5:10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 6:00am the rest of the week. Weekends I usually sleep in until about 8:00am.
    
18. What is your most challenging goal right now? : To finish my grad school application.
    
19. Say something to the person who tagged you : Krysta... thanks for silently stalking my blog too, it makes me feel less creepy!
    
20. If you could have a house–totally paid for, fully furnished–anywhere in the world, where would you want it to be : If I was getting the house NOW, I would want it right here, in Ballard. I love my neighborhood, it's the perfect distance from the city and from work. Everyone around here is so friendly, and there is always something going on. It's family friendly, and has lots of parks and good schools. Plus, Ballard has some awesome happy hours and everything is within walking distance.
    
21. Favorite work of art? : "David and Bathsheba" by Mary McCleary
    
22. What is your favorite children’s book? : Webby Saves the Day
23. Name one thing you just can’t resist no matter how bad it is for you : Olive Garden. Yum.... Especially the breadsticks, and salad, and gorgonzola alfredo :)
    
24. What is your favorite article of clothing? : I think my favorite article of clothing is either the green flowered scarf Brianna brought me from Turkey, or my Dansko boots. Or right now, my down coat is up on my favorites list since it's SO COLD outside!
