Moving

It's so hard to be patient about moving! We get the keys to our new apartment on the 26th of June. Jon will basically be picking them up and then coming down to Portland, where I will already be for Ciara's wedding festivities. It's a little sad that we don't get to move in right away, but there are much more important things, like my best friend's wedding!

I'm a little freaked out about moving. Jon and I are planning on staying in this apartment until a.) we buy a house, b.) we move to Portland, or c.) rent increases too much. So basically, we're hoping to make this place our home for the next 3 years or so. We both want to ditch some of our crappy furniture and start making this place into a real home, but it's hard knowing that eventually we'll move again and then who knows what will work and what won't! We'll probably end up craigslisting a bunch of stuff - that way it's still nice, but we didn't spend our life savings on it :)

In other news... I just got my grades for the quarter and I made Dean's List again! YAY! Apparently being married was good for my GPA.

Jon and I have started watching Weeds and it's become quite the addiction. It's a less embarrassing/girlie version of Desperate Housewives. So... off to feed our addiction and watch a few more episodes!
